MEMBERSHIP IS NOT YET OPEN FOR PAYMENT

A simple offer, clearly explained.

Afternoon Made produces English-language digital leisure activity packs for UK care homes, retirement clubs and community venues. Alex Philippou is the operator. Contact alex@bidcairn.co.uk.

The free sample

You may download, print and use the free seaside session within your own venue. You can share the free sample link with another organiser. Please do not resell the pack, remove its attribution or claim it as your own work.

The planned membership

£12 per month for one named venue, including four complete session packs in each monthly membership period. This is the total proposed price; no physical products, delivery charges, live presenter or visiting entertainer are included. Full purchase terms and business contact details will be shown before payment opens.

Use by your team

A venue licence is intended to let staff at that venue print and use its supplied packs with their group. A separate licence is required for another venue. Downloaded packs may continue to be used at the licensed venue after membership ends. The files may not be resold, publicly uploaded or circulated to other venues.

Renewal and cancellation

The planned membership renews monthly. You will be able to cancel before the next renewal without a cancellation fee and keep access for the remainder of the paid period. Registering interest today creates no subscription, payment or obligation.

Choosing activities

The packs are general entertainment and conversation resources for adults. They do not promise medical or therapeutic outcomes. The host remains responsible for choosing activities suitable for the group and adapting the pace, wording and participation.

Questions or feedback

If a fact appears wrong, a download does not open, or you need a clearer format, please email Alex and name the pack and page. We welcome practical feedback from the people using the sessions.
