Free sessions

You can download the free sample without giving us your name or email address. Please do not send us residents’ names, care records or health information.

When you register interest

We store your work email, venue name, the date of your request and a record that you asked to hear when membership opens. We use these details to respond to that request. This does not enrol you in a general newsletter. You can withdraw your request by emailing Alex or using the opt-out link in a message.

If we contact your organisation

We may send a relevant introduction to a published organisational email address belonging to an incorporated care-home operator. Where a contact record identifies a person, we rely on our legitimate interest in introducing a relevant service, balanced against that person’s rights. We record the public source and keep the message relevant to the recipient’s work. Reply “no thanks” to stop further contact. We keep a minimal suppression record so we can honour that request.

Storage and retention

Website records are stored using our hosting provider’s database infrastructure. Providers process data to host the website and support our communications; we do not sell contact details. Non-customer interest and outreach records are reviewed and removed after six months unless there is an ongoing conversation or another reason to retain them. Suppression records are kept while we conduct outreach, so opted-out addresses are not contacted again.

Cookies and security

This site uses no advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Hosting providers may process technical request data for delivery, security and abuse prevention. Our form uses a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions; rate-limit records expire after one hour. Essential authentication may be used for restricted account functions when these become available.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data, object to direct marketing, restrict processing or withdraw consent where applicable. Contact Alex first so we can help. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Membership payments are not currently open. We will provide payment-provider details and the full business contact information before you are asked to pay.
